Faces of Westover
Airman 1st Class Jason Dunn, 58th Aerial Port Squadron, stands with a Halverson loader he helped laod early in the day, Nov. 1. Airman Dunn has only been at Westover since August and is currently participating in the seasoning training program, which has him working full-time learning the ins and outs of his job. He said he likes knowing he is serving and helping out the country. "Mission support and knowing the work we put in is going to a cause and is going to help is the best part of my job," he said. Airman Dunn said his older brother, who is in the Army, steered him in the direction of the Air Force and said it would give him options and be a good fit. "Westover met my expectations. It's a little different than I expected, but in good ways," he said. "I didn't think [the Aerial Port] did as much as we do, but now that I've been a part of the process and real missions, I see how much is involved."
