Faces of Westover

Staff Sgt. Christopher Crawford, a computer technician with the 439th Communications Squadron, performs maintenance on a laptop turned in for troubleshooting. Staff Sgt. Crawford said his favorite part of his job as a computer technician is getting out and meeting the different people around the base and helping them. He said that he was activated in April when about 500 Westover Airmen were mobilized. Staff Sgt. Crawford is planning on attending Salem University and using his Post 9/11 GI Bill to get a degree in computer science after the plus up is over.
