Annual Enlisted event focuses on Development

Two rousing speeches kicked off the Spring 2023 Enlisted Development Symposium held June 5 and 6. 439th Airlift Wing Commander, Col. Gregory Buchanan, and Wing Command Chief Master Sergeant Barbara Gilmore spoke to 30 enlisted participants in the Wing Conference Center. The symposium brought together Airmen from all squadrons on base to discuss Resiliency, Leadership Characteristics, First Sergeant’s Perspective, and Diversity and Inclusion among other subjects.
