Final Spin with Sarah!
Thurs., Nov 3 was the last early morning spin class with instructor Sarah Bowers. During the last five months she has led a rigorous and anaerobic 45-minute class each Tuesday and Thursday morning. Sarah and spouse 1Lt Seth Bowers are PCSing to Wright-Patterson AFB, OH next week. There Lt Bowers will work for Air Force Material Command’s Life Cycle Management Center. Sarah’s knowledge, enthusiasm and inspiration greatly contributed to the physical and mental resilience of her students, which in-turn amplified the Wing’s ability to provide full spectrum operations in any environment.
