Snowy Galaxy

A Westover C-5B Galaxy aircraft sits on the ramp covered in a thick layer of snow while snow removal crews clear the runways on Feb. 14, 2014. Strategically postured on almost 2,500 acres in western Mass., Westover is the nation’s largest Air Force Reserve base. It is the closest fully operational military base to Europe, providing world-class support to military aircraft and people going on and coming back from missions overseas. (U.S. Air Force photo/SSgt.
