Secretary of the Air Force, Chief of Air Force Reserve, visit Westover

Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James is greeted upon her arrival at Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, Massachusetts, May 2, by Lt. Gen. James Jackson, Chief of Air Force Reserve, Col. Jeffrey F. Hancock, base vice commander, and Chief Master Sergeant David F. Carbin, 439th Airlift Wing command chief.
