JOLDS class
Capt. Mark Bialas, an Air Force reservist with the 439th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, trains in a self-defense class during the Junior Officer Leadership Development Seminar (JOLDS). The seminar was held Sept. 16-17 at Westover. JOLDS teaches leadership, followership, team-building, networking, accomplishing goals, and time management.
