Westover VTC connects new family
Senior Airman William Clark looks for the first time at his son Spencer Thomas Clark from halfway around the world at Joint Base Ballad on Tuesday. His wife, Sabrina Clark, holds the 5-week-old during the boy's debut to his dad in a video teleconference (VTC) coordinated by Westover's Airman and Family Readiness Center.
