Westover VTC connects new family
Sabrina Clark holds her son, 5-week-old Spencer Thomas Clark, up so her husband Senior Airman William Clark can see the boy for the first time from halfway around the world at Joint Base Ballad on Tuesday. Sabrina Clark attended a video teleconference (VTC) coordinated by Westover's Airman and Family Readiness Center.
