Westover boxing program off to "Rocky" start

A workout with Rocky Snow, the boxing coach at the Westover Fitness Center, is intense and fast paced. Lance Cpl. Andrew Cherry, one of Mr Snow's students, says boxing with Mr. Snow is an excellent cardio workout that is sure to get you breathing and bleeding.
