Twenty-seven civic leaders from the Atlanta area came to Westover, Aug. 18 and 19, from Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. The group toured a C-5B, the control tower and saw a fire fighting demonstration on the 18th. They also visited Barnes Air National Guard Station on the 19th before flying back to Dobbins aboard a C-130.


Ga. civic leaders visit Westover

Twenty-seven civic leaders from the Atlanta area came to Westover, Aug. 18 and 19, from Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Ga. The group toured a C-5B, the control tower and saw a fire fighting demonstration on the 18th. They also visited Barnes Air National Guard Station on the 19th before flying back to Dobbins aboard a C-130.

Forty-Seven Westover, Joint Base Charleston and March ARB Airmen came together to work hand-in-hand during

Aside from reporting for drill periods throughout the summer, SrA Ladlee had the opportunity to visit the Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut and was able to hang out at the beach a few times. Airman Ladlee enlisted in the summer months of 2009 and has been with the 439th Airlift Wing Force Support Squadron since graduating from technical school. (by SSgt Kelly Goonan)
