WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. -- Diane and I wish all of you and your families the happiest of the Holiday Season. You have worked hard and succeeded in every endeavor this year and are the true measure of an outstanding wing.

Vince Lombardi once said, "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch
excellence."

You continue to chase perfection and for that I am grateful to be a small part of your success. Our very best to all of you as we reflect on
our successes of the past year and look to our future adventures.

Enjoy your families and what is most important in life during this wonderful time of the
