Westover Chiefs Council accepting applications for Scholarship Published July 15, 2014 WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. -- The Westover Chiefs Council is currently accepting Applications for a $500 College Scholarship Award paid to a 439 AW Enlisted Member E-1 to E-8, and a $500 College Scholarship Award paid to an E-1 to E-8 Family Member- (Dependent) for the 2014 Fall Semester. The Scholarship Application submission deadline is 31 July 2014 with the winner's being announced at the November Wing Commanders Call.
