WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. --
Patriot Wing reservists are required to turn in their basic allowance for housing recertification (with dependent) by Dec. 1.
Air Force Form 594s are required. Examples are available in squadron orderly rooms. Pay for Airmen who do not fill out this paperwork will be affected. The wing finance staff will be forced to change those Airmen's BAH entitlements to single.
