WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. -- Wing Commander Col. Joseph Janik, Base Civil Engineer David Morin, Group Commanders, and several other Civil Engineers from Westover toured the construction site for the $43 million Super Hangar scheduled to be completed in 18 months.
