WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. -- A General takes aim. Maj. Gen. Vito Addabbo, Special Assistant to the Commander and Director, Reserve Matters, Headquarters NORAD and NORTHCOM, visited Westover Dec. 14, 2021, for his annual small arms qualification. Addabbo, a former 337th Airlift Squadron commander and Connecticut resident, was instructed in the use of a Sig Sauer M-18 pistol by Master Sgt. Adam Tremblay, NCOIC Combat Arms. All general officers are authorized 200 rounds annually for proficiency fire in addition to their ammunition for qualification.
