Westover welcomes new 439th Communications Squadron Commander

A Change of Command Ceremony took place on June 6 at the Westover Conference Center. Lt. Col. Juan Doan became the new commander of the 439th Communication Squadron, in a peaceful hand-off of position from Lt. Col. Venice Goodwine. The 439th Mission Support Group Commander Col. Brandon Stepp presided over the ceremony transferring the unit banner to Lt. Col. Doan.
