WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. -- Shout out to Senior Airman Nicolae Marin, 58th Aerial Port Squadron and officer with the 83rd Precinct New York Police Department for the quick thinking and selflessness of he and his partner on Jan.18. Their actions resulted in lives saved.
Officer Marin is also known as Senior Airman Marin of the 58th Aerial Port Squadron. Well done for putting Service Before Self no matter what the setting.
4 a.m. on Jan. 18, Officers Regolini & Marin were driving on Bushwick Ave. when they observed flames & smoke coming from a near by building. They ran in and pulled two people out, one being elderly. Thanks to their quick response, no one was injured. @NYPDChiefPatrol
