The 4 Lenses class was held at the Command Post, Sun. June 9, facilitated by Chief Master Sgt. Al Raymond.

4 Lenses is a personality type indicator developed from the Myers Briggs’ model and is a class that helps people identify their own and others’ personality traits. The focus is on teams understanding each other’s strengths and communicating more effectively with people with different perspectives.

“The class will help people stop and consider how best to communicate with others on their team.” Said Lisa Delgado, Director of Psychological Health, Westover ARB.

Delgado and others from Airman and Family Readiness will be trained to facilitate more people on base in the future.

“I am excited to get trained in this and offer classes at Westover,” said Delgado. “The content is useful for personal and professional application with adults and children.”
