WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. --  DOD federal civilian employees at Westover are not furloughed. Some of Westover's 2,126 Reservists who may also be federal employees outside the DOD, could be effected. The Pioneer Valley USO, located at Westover Air Reserve Base, through donations from Rachel's Kitchen and others are offering food to qualifying reservists, guardsmen and Coast Guard members.
