Win a snowboard, make a wingman Published Sept. 16, 2011 By Senior Airman Charles W. Hutchinson IV 439th Airlift Wing Public Affairs WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. -- Westover's recruiters are challenging reservist to win a snowboard and make a wingman. Westover Recruiting Services is giving away an Air Force Reserve Snowboard to the reservist who gets the most referrals turned accessions, or new members, in the upcoming fiscal year. The winning reservist will be presented the snowboard at the October 2012 Wing Commanders Call, by Col. Steven Vautrain, 439th Airlift Wing commander. The Get One Now Program is a way to keep the Air Force Reserve continually growing. The way it works is reservists recommend people who want to serve, and when the referrals turn into accessions, reservists become eligible for awards. The Patriot Wing reservist with the most accessions will win the prize. For more information, call recruiting at 557-2125, or visit the following Web site: www.get1now.us
