Retirees affected at Tax Time

WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. --  Paychecks for retirees are processed the first day of the month, except when that date falls on a holiday in which the paycheck is paid on the previous workday. Due to the future holidays in 2011, retirees will receive 13 payroll checks instead of 12 which may mean an impact on taxes.
