The Air Force now maintains Legal Assistance Information for various topics, to include: consumer and financial affairs, deployment readiness, disaster assistance, family law, immigration, military benefits, powers of attorney, real property, Service members Civil Relief Act (SCRA), taxation, voting, and wills and estates.

The website is located at: https://aflegalassistance.law.af.mil/lass/lass.html.

In addition, the website has a section for military members to complete an online legal worksheet for a will, advance medical directive, or power of attorney prior to visiting the legal office. Completing the online worksheet prior to your visit allows you to gather necessary information in the comfort of your home and should ensure expedited service at your servicing legal office.

Please also note that no legal documents can be printed from this website - you are required to visit the nearest Air Force legal office to obtain your legal document, and consultation with an attorney will be necessary in most cases. Only Air Force legal offices will have access to the data you enter.

You may also pick up worksheets in person at the Legal office in building 1850. Please contact the legal office at 413-557-3180 with questions or appointment requests.
