Wing plans retreat event at ellipse

WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. -- The wing retreat ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Base Ellipse. Rain date will be Nov. 6 at 3 p.m. Participants will wear duty uniforms.
