WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. -- Col. John Healy, former 439th Airlift Wing vice commander, left Westover in early February to take a position as a senior strategic analyst at the Pentagon. Col. Healy was assigned to Westover since 2002. He was also the deployed commander for the 2011 ORI.
