Col. D. Scott Durham took command of the 439th Airlift Wing June 4.
Brig. Gen. Jay Jensen relinquished command of the wing to Durham, who has commanded the 512th Airlift Wing at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware.
Presiding over the event was Maj. Gen. Randall Ogden, 4th Air Force commander, from March ARB, California.
