Andrew Biscoe 439th AW Public Affairs WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. -- Air Force Reserve Command units from Massachusetts and throughout the nation are converging at Westover and two other area locations this week as a major Air Force mobility exercise got under way Monday.Reservists from Westover's 439th Airlift Wing and several other units are traveling to the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base, N.Y. (now Plattsburgh International Airport), and Joint Base Cape Cod, Mass.The week-long exercise, called "Patriot Clipper," brings Airmen from the Air Force Reserve and National Guard together to train together in such areas as medical evacuation procedures, cargo loading, and much more.More information will be posted on this web site as soon as possible.
