How can I get a tour of Westover?

Due to reduced manning at the base, Westover tours are offered on a limited, case-by-case basis.

Due to the Great New England Air and Space Show, all tours are suspended until further notice.

The first step in requesting a tour is to email the base public affairs office:

-- Email address: 439aw.pa@us.af.mil

-- How many people are wishing to visit (tours are limited to 35 people per visit)?

-- Which areas on base would the group like to visit? (Tours are limited to two hours in duration)

-- Mode of transportation to the base (cars/bus, etc.)?

-- Please provide a primary and alternate date that are AT LEAST one month in advance of the request.

Just so you know, there's been some changes to AFI 36-2903!
The Biloxi Air Show is this weekend and Keesler personnel are encouraged to attend and enjoy the show. Please remember that this event is open to everyone and the city of Biloxi expects substantial crowds, especially during the hours of 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. when the actual air show will commence. There will be significant vehicle and pedestrian traffic on Hwy 90, I-110 and the Ocean Springs Bridge. For those traveling in the area please drive safely, pay attention and look out for pedestrians crossing the road. Additionally, there will be no changes to gate hours or operations during the weekend.
A tornado watch is in effect until 3 p.m. around the Keesler area.
***WEATHER WARNING*** There will be heavy rain equal to or greater than 2 inches valid until 7 p.m. on Keesler. Monitor local news stations for updates for your area. Be safe and avoid flooded areas.

Members of the 81st Medical Operations Squadron received humanitarian medals today at the The Salvation Army Kroc Center in Biloxi, Miss., from the Biloxi Police Department for their support of the train/bus collision incident that occurred off base March 7, 2017.
