Deployed mental health tech hits the ground flying
Just 24 hours after landing at Balad at 3 a.m. for a four-month deployment, Master Sgt. Robert Preble found himself airborne again -- as a mental health escort for a 21-year-old Army soldier who had become suicidal. New Year brings heavy deployments at Westover
About 200 reservists of the 439th Airlift Wing began deploying this month to the Middle East in support of the Global War on Terrorism. The deploying Airmen are scheduled to serve four-to-six month tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Westover Reservists take part in pre-game coin toss
