WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. --

The Westover Composite Squadron USAF Auxiliary Civil Air Patrol personnel set-up a uniform donation drop-off location Nov. 1 at the Westover Military Clothing Store.
The local CAP is updating their uniforms to the Airman Battle Uniforms (ABU), as the regular Air Force is adopting the new Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP). They are look for donations of slightly warn uniforms to transition to the ABUs.

The U.S. Air Force Auxiliary is the fourth Component in the USAF Total Force, CAP's Airmen wear slightly modified versions of the standard USAF uniforms.

 “Our members have to pay for their own uniforms,” Maj. Stephen Edelman, Westover Composite Squadron deputy commander, “so donations are needed.”

You can drop off uniforms Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and UTA Weekends 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the new Westover Military Clothing Store location.
