WESTOVER AIR RESERVE BASE, Mass. --   The Patriot Wing will observe Wingman Day March 8 from 1-3 p.m. and on the B UTA (March 22 from 1-3 p.m.) Videos and a PowerPoint discussion will be followed by small group discussions and team-building exercises.

Wingman Day is designed to empower Airmen and their families to sustain healthy, balanced lifestyles using the four pillars of Comprehensive Airmen Fitness.
