The 439th Airlift Wing’s Process Improvement office will kick off an Airmen Powered by Innovation campaign for all base personnel May 1, 2021.

According to the Process Improvement’s campaign outline, they want to hear suggestions on ways to increase mission effectiveness, workplace efficiency, morale, or reduce pain points in a process from those that work through the issues.
