The Fitness Center reopens today with limited capacity.  All U.S. Air Force Active Guard Reserve (AGR), Air Reserve Technicians (ART), Traditional Reservists in status and civilian employees assigned to tiers 1-4 may use the facilities in accordance to the rules of engagement below. Reservations are required.

On the SharePoint link provided is a sign-up sheet. Access is limited to 10 guests per time slot. Each time slot is one hour. This includes workout and showering time so please plan accordingly.

The cardio room, saunas and steam rooms are closed until further notice.

Rules of engagement:

  • The Fitness Center’s front door will be unlocked 10 minutes prior and 10 minutes after allotted times. After that, the doors will be locked with no entrance.
  • Masks must be worn into the fitness center for a temperature check.  While working out, you do not have to wear a mask but can if you prefer.
  • Six feet distance from one another is mandatory.
  • Every other shower will be open for use (shower time is included in your hour allotted time).
  • To accommodate everyone who wants to work out, workouts are limited to 2 times per week per person.
  • All machines must be cleaned thoroughly after use.
  • Please be flexible, some machines are cordoned off. You may have to change your workouts up (example everyone can’t do chest day on Monday’s).
  • Please remember the health of the base populous is the most important. Use good judgement, wash your hands often, clean your machines when done using them and stay six feet apart.

Finally, as we continue to open further please share ideas, concerns or questions with the Fitness Center staff. We understand this will not accommodate everyone and the times are limited, but this is a start and we will continue working on safely expanding the operation.
